USC BAND, Cooler Than Football

The USC Trojan Marching Band will perform Avenged Sevenfold's hit single “Almost Easy" during the Rose Bowl's halftime show on January 1, 2009.
The broadcast begins at 1:30 p.m., with halftime starting at approximately 3:40 p.m. All times are PST.


You may ask why a jazz blogger adds this. A couple reasons. I think the band is cool, they aren't intimidated by genre and I have a nephew in law who just completed his undergraduate education there. Well done G. That's why.
