Well, the storm that has landed in Portland and with an Arctic flow and an East wind, the temperature has been hovering right about 21 degrees Fahrenheit. It was supposed to get up to 30 degrees, but it did not. It is expected to continue for days which will include Christmas this year.
The train was unable to get across a frozen bridge and was kept down at Union Station.
